When I contacted Vicky, I was genuinely at breaking point. I was exhausted, emotionally drained and struggling to cope with my daughter’s sleep. She was waking multiple times a night, sometimes every 40–45 minutes from 3 am onwards. As a GP, I realised that my sleep deprivation was affecting my ability to function at work, and I had to stop working.

My daughter had been struggling with sleep from five months old, and despite trying everything, nothing seemed to work. She also has underlying health conditions and has needed several hospital admissions, which disrupted her routine and contributed to her sleep difficulties. My family kept telling me that this was normal and part of being a mother, but deep down, I knew things could improve with the right support.

A friend recommended Vicky after achieving amazing results, and I’m so glad I reached out to her. She took the time to understand my daughter’s needs, adjusted her routine and nap times, and gave me a gentle, step-by-step approach. When the initial method didn’t work, Vicky adapted it straight away and was incredibly supportive throughout.

I started seeing improvements by day three, and by the end of the two weeks, the difference was incredible. We were all sleeping better, feeling less exhausted and enjoying family life again. My husband and I felt like ourselves again, and I was able to start getting back to work.

I’ve now purchased Vicky’s 12-month support plan because knowing I have her support through future changes and regressions gives me so much reassurance.

Vicky hasn’t just helped my daughter sleep better; she’s made a real difference to our whole family’s wellbeing. I honestly wish I’d contacted her sooner and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any exhausted parent who needs help.

We loved our antenatal classes with Vikki and would highly recommend them to any expectant parents.

Vikki was so welcoming and incredibly informative, and we came away feeling like we had learnt so much.

We especially loved how practical the classes were, covering everything from labour and birth to safe sleep, first aid and caring for your new baby. Vikki created such a relaxed and supportive environment where we felt comfortable asking questions and discussing any worries we had.

It was also so lovely to meet other parents who are expecting around the same time as us, which made the whole experience very special!

Thank you so much Vikki! ❤️

We’d highly recommend Shreena. Her antenatal classes gave us useful information and helped us feel more prepared and confident going into labour, birth and those first few weeks with a newborn.

The sessions were always really relaxed and interactive, which made it easy to ask questions and talk openly about anything we were unsure about. We also met a lovely group of couples, which has been a nice part of the experience.

Shreena’s support doesn’t just stop when the classes finish. She was there for us throughout my labour, helping us understand what was happening, answering questions and just being there when we really needed the support.

Even since having our baby, she’s continued to be on hand while we try to figure everything out. I’ve messaged her with questions about breastfeeding and pumping and she’s always been so helpful. She recently recommended a pump to me, which I would genuinely recommend too, and after the first use I was getting double, if not triple, what I’d been able to pump with my previous ones!

We’re so grateful for all of her support, and would I need recommend Shreena!

Shreena was a patient and knowledgeable teacher and the Antenatal course was really informative. Shreena went above and beyond by taking us through various topics and giving us recommendations and options so each couple could pick things that would work for them. I personally rented the Spectra pump from Shreena as I wasn't sure which pump to go for and she helped me to understand the different settings and was always on hand for support. She also made sure that we had the opportunity to connect as a group of parents to be, creating a personalised community which has been really beneficial as a new mum. I would definitely recommend booking an Antenatal course with Shreena!

I cannot thank Angie enough for her course!

We signed up as the NHS classes didn’t work for us during working hours and I did a fair bit of research for local classes. Initially I wasn’t sure about a smaller class but thought it might also give us a chance to ask questions and be more involved and we are so glad we found Angie!

Her classes are factual, rooted in science and informing you to be aware of your choices. She doesn’t try to push any type of birth, feeding style, birth choices/plans - but encourages you to understand yourself, your body and your options.

I can safely say my husband and I are now both on the same page and I feel so much more connected with him as well - initially feeling like I was preaching to him everything birth related and worrying it would fall to me primarily, to him telling me all the things he researched around the classes every week.

Anyone unsure of classes, please book with Angie! It is the best money we have spent so far to have confidence in ourselves going into the birth and the 4th trimester!

We were recommended Shreena’s antenatal classes by three different sets of friends, so we knew they came highly recommended, and we’re so glad we decided to do the course!

The classes gave us so much useful knowledge and confidence as we prepared for both labour/birth and life with a newborn. We particularly appreciated the balance between understanding what to expect during labour and birth, and learning practical information about caring for a newborn and those early days at home.

Shreena created a relaxed environment which made it easy to ask questions and have open conversations. The sessions were really interactive and packed with practical tips and advice.

The classes were also a great opportunity to meet other couples on the same journey as us.

Would absolutely recommend Shreena’s classes 😊

Highly recommend All About Antenatal with Shreena! After hearing so many mixed reviews about whether NCT classes in general are worth it, I can honestly say Shreena’s classes really do prepare you for what’s to come.

She brings a wealth of experience, a realistic approach with official guidance, all delivered with plenty of wit and humour, making every session both informative and enjoyable.

She really encourages you to build a support network with the other couples in your group - that sense of community, combined with her on-hand support, is invaluable throughout pregnancy and into the postpartum period. Knowing you have someone to turn to beyond the classes makes such a difference.

I couldn’t recommend All About Antenatal more highly.

Me and my partner did Angie’s 1-1 sessions and we couldn’t feel more prepared for our little one than we do now!

Angie is a fantastic teacher but also someone who can talk from her own experiences which helps you to feel relaxed and at ease.

We would 100% recommend the course to anyone who wants to learn more about birth and baby. We will be forever grateful!

We found Angie after a Google search when the NHS and NCT courses didn’t feel quite right for us, and we’re so glad we did! From the very first session, Angie’s open-minded, non-judgemental approach made us feel comfortable and empowered. Rather than telling us what to do, she provided balanced, evidence-based information that helped us feel much more confident in making our own decisions about labour, birth, and early parenthood.
Each session was incredibly informative, well-organised, and packed with useful resources. We particularly appreciated the follow-up emails after every class, which summarised the key topics covered and included additional reading and resources to explore at our own pace.
We also took advantage of Angie’s Grandparent Workshop, which my parents thoroughly enjoyed. They found it really helpful to learn about current guidance and gained a better understanding of how they could support us as new parents. Another fantastic part of the package was the mini first aid session, which we completed after our baby arrived. As first-time parents, we found this incredibly reassuring and valuable.
Angie’s support didn’t stop when the course ended. She continued to be a wonderful source of encouragement before and after birth, organising mama meet-ups and recommending other local services to support maternal wellbeing, including pre- and postnatal massages and support groups.
We genuinely couldn’t recommend Angie highly enough. Her warmth, knowledge, and ongoing support made such a positive difference to our journey into parenthood. If you’re looking for an antenatal course that is informative, inclusive, and truly supportive, Angie is fantastic. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was an incredibly helpful course. Vikki and the team are really knowledgeable, calm, reassuring and not opinionated for when it comes to first time parents, labour and looking after their child. I could not recommend this course more to upskill yourself on having a baby. It is also a really good medium to meet other people in the same boat as you.

My husband and I attended Shreena’s antenatal classes and it was honestly the best decision we made! Shreena was absolutely amazing!

As first-time parents, we had lots of questions and anxieties, but the sessions gave us the knowledge and reassurance we needed to approach labour and those early newborn days with much more confidence.

Shreena creates such a warm and welcoming environment, making it easy to ask questions and talk openly about things you might otherwise worry about. I was surprised by how much of what we covered actually came into play during labour and postpartum, and I’m so grateful we had that foundation!

It was also lovely meeting other couples at a similar stage and sharing the experience together. Even after the classes, knowing Shreena was always there for support and advice made a huge difference. I would wholeheartedly recommend these classes to anyone expecting their first baby. They were one of the best investments we made during pregnancy.

Thank you for everything Shreena! ❤️

We loved our antenatal class with Vikki and the other experts. It was so much more helpful than we could have anticipated and we learned so much! We thought it would mostly be a way to meet other new parents (which it absolutely was), but we didn't think we would also leave the course feeling so much more confident and ready to be first time parents. Huge thank you to Vikki & team! I couldn't recommend her antenatal class more.

I attended the All About Babies antenatal classes and thought they were excellent. The information was practical, evidence based, and focused on what actually matters when preparing for a baby.

The sessions felt very grounded in real life. They covered the day to day realities of feeding, sleep, recovery, and caring for a newborn in a way that felt reassuring rather than overwhelming. There was a strong focus on giving parents useful tools and confidence.

The atmosphere was warm, supportive, and relaxed. Even though I am a doctor, I came away feeling much more prepared and informed. I’d wholeheartedly recommend the classes to any expecting parents, even if you already work in healthcare.

Vikki was recommended via a Facebook post I made in desperation to get a little more sleep!
Our 12 month old frequently woke and sometimes would be wide awake at 1am with no signs of going back to sleep.
We opted for the 2 week plan with Vikki and had a call followed by daily support for two weeks. A few tweaks to our routine and gradual self settling guidance we are now getting full nights sleep.
As parents we feel so much better which is crucial as we both work full time and our baby is also so much happier for getting better sleep.
We wish we had asked for help sooner!
