Introducing Solids
Our weaning workshops can take place in the comfort of your own home either face-to-face or via Zoom. Particularly popular with antenatal groups, we work around you, to find a time and a venue that best suits. Available throughout North-West London & Hertfordshire.

- Signs your baby is ready
- Purees and baby-led weaning
- Foods/drinks to avoid
- Gagging & Choking
- How to avoid fussy eating
- Managing milk alongside food
- How to ensure your baby is getting a healthy, balanced diet
This workshop will leave you feeling confident and prepared for weaning. You will also receive 4 weeks email support to help you as you embark on this wonderful stage with your little one.
