We’d highly recommend Shreena. Her antenatal classes gave us useful information and helped us feel more prepared and confident going into labour, birth and those first few weeks with a newborn.

The sessions were always really relaxed and interactive, which made it easy to ask questions and talk openly about anything we were unsure about. We also met a lovely group of couples, which has been a nice part of the experience.

Shreena’s support doesn’t just stop when the classes finish. She was there for us throughout my labour, helping us understand what was happening, answering questions and just being there when we really needed the support.

Even since having our baby, she’s continued to be on hand while we try to figure everything out. I’ve messaged her with questions about breastfeeding and pumping and she’s always been so helpful. She recently recommended a pump to me, which I would genuinely recommend too, and after the first use I was getting double, if not triple, what I’d been able to pump with my previous ones!

Shreena was a patient and knowledgeable teacher and the Antenatal course was really informative. Shreena went above and beyond by taking us through various topics and giving us recommendations and options so each couple could pick things that would work for them. I personally rented the Spectra pump from Shreena as I wasn't sure which pump to go for and she helped me to understand the different settings and was always on hand for support. She also made sure that we had the opportunity to connect as a group of parents to be, creating a personalised community which has been really beneficial as a new mum. We were recommended Shreena’s antenatal classes by three different sets of friends, so we knew they came highly recommended, and we’re so glad we decided to do the course!

The classes gave us so much useful knowledge and confidence as we prepared for both labour/birth and life with a newborn. We particularly appreciated the balance between understanding what to expect during labour and birth, and learning practical information about caring for a newborn and those early days at home.

Shreena created a relaxed environment which made it easy to ask questions and have open conversations. The sessions were really interactive and packed with practical tips and advice.

The classes were also a great opportunity to meet other couples on the same journey as us.

Highly recommend All About Antenatal with Shreena! After hearing so many mixed reviews about whether NCT classes in general are worth it, I can honestly say Shreena’s classes really do prepare you for what’s to come.

She brings a wealth of experience, a realistic approach with official guidance, all delivered with plenty of wit and humour, making every session both informative and enjoyable.

She really encourages you to build a support network with the other couples in your group - that sense of community, combined with her on-hand support, is invaluable throughout pregnancy and into the postpartum period. Knowing you have someone to turn to beyond the classes makes such a difference.

My husband and I attended Shreena’s antenatal classes and it was honestly the best decision we made! Shreena was absolutely amazing!

As first-time parents, we had lots of questions and anxieties, but the sessions gave us the knowledge and reassurance we needed to approach labour and those early newborn days with much more confidence.

Shreena creates such a warm and welcoming environment, making it easy to ask questions and talk openly about things you might otherwise worry about. I was surprised by how much of what we covered actually came into play during labour and postpartum, and I’m so grateful we had that foundation!

It was also lovely meeting other couples at a similar stage and sharing the experience together. Even after the classes, knowing Shreena was always there for support and advice made a huge difference. I would wholeheartedly recommend these classes to anyone expecting their first baby. They were one of the best investments we made during pregnancy.

We firstly would like to say thank you to Shreena for all of her valuable information and insightful classes. Shreena has well thought out sessions that are broken down well with a good level of interaction to help solidify information. Everything we learnt in the sessions helped with our newborn and what to do during each stage of pregnancy, labour and going home with our baby.
Shreena went the extra mile and supported us through an emergency c section, constantly checking in on us and supporting us with questions to ask and what to do during the whole process. We felt well informed and empowered making an emergency c section feel less stressful than we initially thought it would be. I could not recommend her classes more for first time parents and we even had grandparents go to the additional class which has been so very helpful. I was initially reluctant to attend antenatal classes, but my wife encouraged me and I’m so glad she did. We both learned so much. It’s clear how deeply Shreena cares; teaching is truly her passion, and she is exceptionally talented. When our baby arrived two months early, Shreena went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and continues to do so!
I couldn’t recommend her more highly, ridiculously good value for money!
